Throughout Vienna the impact of color plays an important role in every visitor’s experience. There is a constant wow factor, whether it is the color of the paintings
that hang on the wall of the Kunsthistorisches Museum, the Leopold, or in the
case of Karlkirche, the embellished interior of its dome.
Our experiencing these colors may have been heightened by the fact that we were
there during the gray days of January – making the colors all that much richer.
